exactly how does this product work? does it come with games already loaded on it, and for instance, can you save a friend’s, or a wii game that you have rented or borrowed?  your help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am getting my grandson a wii console for his birthday/Christmas and I am CLUELESS about all of the accessories, etc
