HELP support not replying to my emails

I have emailed over a week ago.

Here’s my situation:

I ordered a Madcatz TE stick + Hori Real Arcade Pro 3.

The Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 was backordered.

Therefore they emailed me saying the Madcatz TE stick will ship first.

On October 13th I received a package. In it was the Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 but not the Madcatz TE stick.

I have emailed them four times about this.

I am still waiting on my Madcatz TE stick.

Shouldn’t my Madcatz TE stick have been shipped aswell by now?

This is getting ridiculous. They won’t reply to my emails.
