Bad First Experience With VPGames

This was my first time ordering from VPgames. I ordered a Swap Magic v3.6 and received the package 4 days from ordering time. What I received instead were 2 Swap Magic 3.8 Coders. This is fine except instead of giving me 1 DVD version and 1 CD version of the game, they sent me 2 CD versions. I could not play any of my imports or backups. I emailed customer support, received no response. I called VPgames, received no response, and posted on their support forums, no response. At this point, I am frustrated and do not know what to do.

Please email us at support [at] vpgames [dot] com with your order number and the situation.  This is the quickest way to reach customer support.  They will send the correct disc out to you and get you going in no time.

I have already emailed the support “team” three days ago, I am still waiting for a reply.
