My worst nightmare with this company

I placed an order on August 9th and now it’s August 14th.  Now they have my credit card information and can do what they will with it!  I never received any email confirmation, no order number or anything.  YES I have already sent several emails with no response, even called the 1800 number provided on the webpage and still no response because they have it set up for you to just leave a message, no one will really ever answer the phone.  What kind of legitimate business is run this way.  I’m really close to reporting them to the BBB and for fraud.  This is really disturbing to me and from these forums I see I’m not the only one that put my trust and credit cards into these people and got shafted!

I’m really sorry to hear about these communication problems. We automatically send out emails to the address entered during checkout when an order is placed and another when the order ships out. We will also use this email address to notify customers of any changes to their orders.
