No Tracking Number, No Response!

I have placed an order on March 25th and only recieved an automated e-mail stating that I had paid VPGAMES but have not been sent a tracking number. I have called VPGames directly and only recieved the automated message. I have also left a voicemail and contacted VPGames via e-mail and have not heard back from them at all. I’m beginning to think I may have to take legal action.

I apologize for the confusion. We send an email confirmation when payment is received, and we email a tracking number once your order ships out. If an order takes more than 2 business days to ship after payment in received, we will notify you with a reason for the delay.

In many cases our messages are caught in spam filters, so please check your junk and trash folders for any messages from us.

It has been well over two business days and I still have not recieved any confirmation. I have contacted directly and have not received anything back from them. Also I did check my filters and there has been no e-mail from vpgames. The only e-mails that were received was the confirmation of the payment being received and the confirmation of the e-mail sent to vpgames was received. My order number is 161311176 if there is anything you can do.
