I just ordered swap magic disk with the flip top case for my slim line ps2 and after installing the flip top I found out that the dvd disk just goes to the browser then when you click on the disk it tries to read the disk then returns to the browser menu.  How do I return my dvd disk?  I sent and e-mail with no response:( can someone please help?  By the way the cd disk works fine.

I have a question, I have ordered the swap magic disk on September 4, 2009 and still have not recieved the shipment.  I have called and left several messages and also sent numerous emails and yet there still no response from anyone.  I also have recieved email confirm the order and that VP Games has recieved payment, the funds have been withdrawn from my account!  Is this typical of how this company operates?  I am very disappointed and am at the point of going the BBB.  I cannot even contact anyone just to get my money back!!!  Does anyone have any feedback on what to do????
