Order Has Not Shipped!

It seems to me that vpgames has had shipping problems for years now to wear people feel threatened enough to think about reporting and sueing the company… If this problem has persisted for so long why has the company not fixed it?
As it were, I placed an order over a month ago with only the payment confirmed, I want to know where in hell my game is. Although I do not feel the need to sue you guys over a 30 dollar purchase, if it takes more than another month for you guys to even ship it I might. This is f’ing rediculous. Lastly, like the last post under this category, I wish I had read the forums first.

I wish I had checked this forum before I placed an order with VPGames. My credit card was charged immediately, but I’m still waiting for my order to arrive nearly a month now after I placed it. No replies to my calls or my emails. Don’t buy anything from these guys…

HELP support not replying to my emails

I have emailed support at vpgames dot com over a week ago.

Here’s my situation:

I ordered a Madcatz TE stick + Hori Real Arcade Pro 3.

The Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 was backordered.

Therefore they emailed me saying the Madcatz TE stick will ship first.

On October 13th I received a package. In it was the Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 but not the Madcatz TE stick.

I have emailed them four times about this.

I am still waiting on my Madcatz TE stick.

Shouldn’t my Madcatz TE stick have been shipped aswell by now?

This is getting ridiculous. They won’t reply to my emails.

I emailed VPgames at support at vpgames dot com and they still did not reply. Its been 5 days!! I even called them!!!! No reply!!!!! I am currently very frustrated!!!!!

Why is there no support for the buyers!

I have ordered a swap magic 3.6 2 disc set but instead received a swap magic coder for the cd and the dvd swap magic plus does not work. So all in all, neither of the products work for me and I decided that I needed to return it for a refund. However, all my multiple e-mails were left answered and as well as my phone messages. I just need some sort of guide as to what to do in order to get my refund and return the product, it seems the only way we buyers get even a remote amount of answer from the “support” team is through this post. I just want my money and to return your product. I hope I won’t have to contact my lawyer and get into all the legal actions, which I will do if necessary.

I don’t want to sully the websites reputation with all the legal issues.
IT will be best for all if I get my money back and you get your product.If there is no action happening, I will be forced to take some.

Bad First Experience With VPGames

This was my first time ordering from VPgames. I ordered a Swap Magic v3.6 and received the package 4 days from ordering time. What I received instead were 2 Swap Magic 3.8 Coders. This is fine except instead of giving me 1 DVD version and 1 CD version of the game, they sent me 2 CD versions. I could not play any of my imports or backups. I emailed customer support, received no response. I called VPgames, received no response, and posted on their support forums, no response. At this point, I am frustrated and do not know what to do.

My worst nightmare with this company

I placed an order on August 9th and now it’s August 14th. Now they have my credit card information and can do what they will with it! I never received any email confirmation, no order number or anything. YES I have already sent several emails with no response, even called the 1800 number provided on the webpage and still no response because they have it set up for you to just leave a message, no one will really ever answer the phone. What kind of legitimate business is run this way. I’m really close to reporting them to the BBB and for fraud. This is really disturbing to me and from these forums I see I’m not the only one that put my trust and credit cards into these people and got shafted!
