Are your Gamecube games taking much longer than before to load? Is your Gamecube having trouble reading certain games? The likelihood is that the laser lens of your Gamecube is damaged. A new laser lens will solve the problem, saving you time and money if you choose to do it yourself.

Helpful instructions for installation can be found here. Before you start, you will also want to pick up a tri-wing screwdriver in order to open up your console.

Please remember that opening your Gamecube console will void the warranty. Extra care and caution should be taken when attempting to perform this procedure: vpgames.com is not responsible for any damage done to the Gamecube unit.

How to use your Datel Action Replay for Gamecube and Wii

So, you have your new Datel Action Replay (AR) for your Gamecube or Wii (for Gamecube games), but you don’t know just how to use it? It’s a common problem, so don’t worry! Here’s how you do it:

1) Insert the AR disc into your Gamecube or Wii (if you’re trying to play a Gamecube game on your Wii). Plug it into Slot B.
2) Insert the AR disc into your GC or Wii and it’ll boot up. If you’re trying to get an out of region (say, if you live in the U.S. but want to play a Japan region release), then click on FreeLoader and follow the instructions.
3) What is more likely, though, is that you’ll want to go straight to “Action Replay Codes.”
4) Find the game you want cheats for, select the cheats. What essentially happens now is the codes found on the AR disc are loaded onto the AR memory card, for later use.
5) Once the memory card is filled with the selected codes, you’ll be prompted to take out the AR disc and insert the game you want to use the codes for.
6) Pretty much straight forward from here on out!

I’d wish you luck with your game, but with these awesome codes I doubt you’ll need it!

My rating 8.5/10

This is a very fun party and single player game. It has a concept of a fighting game but it also has a adventure mode which sets a new standard for fighting games. The graphics are very nice maybe not as good as the newest “Smash Bros. Brawl” but comparable. There are over 30 characters and each one has their own different fighting style to suit your needs. And the soundtrack isn’t like
a typical 8-bit fighting game sounds. Overall, I enjoyed this smash bros more than the first.

Thank you!
